Presentation of a parchment sheet found in a codex at the Genoa State Archive, which comparative analysis would suggest is a section from the Kyrillos Lexicon. The parchment text differs slightly from the Synagoge Lexeon Chresimon (Σ) in terms of entries included and the order in which they appear, and contains a number of errors which point to a poorly versed copyist. The additions found indicate that the copyist cannot have been working solely on the basis of a main text similar to Σ. Initial attempts by the researcher to establish the origin of the parchment proved unsuccessful. |
